Bhavisha is a woman warrior, daughter, sister, wife, and foremost a mother. She is passionate about collaborating on strategies that cultivate diverse, equitable and inclusive communities that lead to dynamic social change. Bhavisha is committed to her friends and family.

Ekta is a scholar, advocate and lifelong learner. As the youngest of three sisters, as well as, the youngest of all of her first cousins on both her maternal and paternal sides, she grew up surrounded by a lively, tight knit family community.

Mubeen Siddiqui, recipient of the Dean’s Medal of Honor for academic excellence, has an MBA from Northland University, Montreal and a Fellowship with honors in business administration from the Canadian School of Management, Toronto. At Dawn, she is currently involved with foundational and policy matters as well as strategic planning initiatives.

Luna is a seasoned consultant with 25 years of experience in non-profit and for profit sectors in strategy, community and organizational development. An articulate communicator, recognized for advocating and fostering social justice policies based on diversity and inclusion. She has held leadership roles, and has experience as an entrepreneur.

Qismat Niazi is a pre-medical student and published author in the Journal of Neuroscience, hailing from Dallas, Texas. As a board member, she hopes to use her extensive experience in educational career/skill building and mentorship to help minority women gain a foundational footing in the pathway of their choosing.
